"Society amenities is not good, gym and swimming pool are in bad state. The kids playing area which used to have the small boating canal and lake and a toy train is now digged up and non functional since many years. There were so called golf course parks which are now inaccessible due to encroachment in which maintainance team are also involved. No social events and most events are politically inspired. Society is now how I envisaged 10 years ago at the time of purchase."
